The largest portion of our budget goes to Enrichment, our top priority.  Last year, approximately $30,000 was spent to arrange exciting and meaningful learning opportunities for our children.  Unlike many schools, there are no additional fees for field trips at Joshua Eaton.  The total costs are covered by the PTO.  We have offered many programs in the past year such as:

~The World of Rope Jumping ~Arithmetickles ~Talking Cello ~Curious Creatures

~Discovery Museum ~Explore the Ocean World ~Drumlin Farm ~Top Secret Science

~Smarty Plants ~Butterfly Life Cycles ~Harvard Peabody Museum ~Hellen Keller

~Danielle Nies - Meteorologist ~Concord Museum ~BeeKeeper ~ MOS

Electromagnetism ~Wing Masters ~MOS Motion and Force ~Boston Symphony

Orchestra ~Boston Tea Party Museum ~Old State House ~Lowell “Yankees and

Immigrants” ~Reading and Writing Workshops

As part of the annual Read Across America celebration, Enrichment also provides reading and writing workshops with award winning authors such as David Elliot and Rob Buyea.
